A pure herbal infusion of 100% cut ginger root. Intensely aromatic, warming, and with the characteristic spicy zest of fresh ginger.

Ginger root is delicious to drink on its own, but also serves as a great base to combine with, for example, lemon, orange, honey, or other herbs. By adjusting the steeping time, you determine how mild or powerful you want the ginger to be.

Brewing advice

Quantity: 2–3 grams per 250 ml
Water temperature: 100 °C
Steeping time: 5–10 minutes

For a milder infusion, let the ginger steep for about 5 minutes. For a distinctively spicy and powerful taste, you can extend the steeping time to 10 minutes.

Tip: Also delicious with a slice of lemon or a bit of honey.
